鲜香肉汤圆[21P]

  食材用料糯米粉

  150克胡萝卜

  80克猪瘦肉

  110克葱

  1根姜

  1片生抽

  适量盐

  适量水淀粉

  适量香油

  几滴味精

  1、将糯米粉与胡萝卜和成面团时,要一点点

  加水,以免加水过多,不易成团。

  2、包汤圆时,放入肉馅要适量,不能放过多,否则易撑破汤圆外皮。

  3、煮汤圆时要大火煮,应不时轻轻晃动炒锅,以免汤圆相互粘连,不要用锅铲翻动汤圆,否则易弄破汤圆。

  4、八分钟后,待汤圆全部在水面浮起,表示汤圆已煮熟,应及时捞出。

  5、可根据个人喜好来调制各种汤圆馅料。猪肉可换成牛肉、芝麻、花生、桂花等。
